| 摘 要： | 深入研究SCE设备，结合应用过程中发现的问题，制定优化策略，并根据不同时间、不同业务类型进行有效的识别和控制，有效降低不合理业务占用的出口带宽，提高合理业务的用户感知度，降低自租出口带宽，从而控制运营成本，提高带宽的利用率.

| Abstract: | SCE equipment is deeply researched combing with problems in application. Besides, the optimization strategies are made as well as some effective identification and control system in according with different time ＆ business types. In this way, the export bandwidth in unreasonable business will be reduced and the satisfaction from customers will also be improved. As a result, the operating costs can be effectively controlled and the efficiency of bandwidth utilization can also be improved. |
