压路机钢轮自重式刮板的设计及运用

摘    要:在单钢轮压路机碾压水泥稳定土基层及底基层的施工中,经常会出现水泥稳定土混合料粘在压路机钢轮的表面,造成基层及底基层坑洼不平,外观质量差,严重的还造成基层及底基层的压实度不达标和面层的厚度控制不均匀等。在广东省梅州西环路面标及天汕十二标两个标段的路面施工过程中,对7台单钢轮压路机进行了机械改良,有效地解决了这一路面施工中常出现的难题。

Abstract:During the construction of cement stable base course and subbase by single steel road roller, the cement stable mixture is often stick to the surface of the steel road roller. These result to the rough of base and subbase course, bad quality, and even fail to reach the standard degree of compaction, uneven control of pavement thickness, etc. In the practice of Meizhou Westcircle in Guangdong province, mechanical improvement was done to seven single steel road roller, which has solves the problem effectively.
