| 摘 要： | 为科学合理地对科研院所的职能管理部门进行评价，采用模糊集理论设计了一种定量分析方法。根据机关工作的特点，建立了二级指标的综合评价指标体系，采用综合判断法得出各部门的评价结果。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analysis method is designed by using fuzzy set theory to scientifically and reasonably assess the administrative departments. Based on the characteristics of administrative work, a comprehensive assessment index system with two-level indexes is established, and the assessment results of the departments are obtained by comprehensive judging method. |
