| 摘 要： | 国内外很多学者从不同角度对集群做了大量的研究工作,但这些研究绝大多数聚焦在制造业领域,对服务业集群的研究尚不多见,更未见对法律服务业集群的理论与实证研究.本文运用大量详实的数据分析了纽约市法律服务业集群的现状、特征、空间布局及形成机理;并根据对上海法律业实地调研结果及统计数据、上海市发展战略及区位优势,分析了上海法律服务业的现状及发展法律服务业的有利条件,提出了推进法律服务业初始集群形成的对策建议.
