| Abstract: | Based on the theory of core competitiveness, this paper expounds the definition, the characteristics and the standards and methods of identification of the core competitiveness of regional shipping industry. Taking Zhenjiang Area as an example, the identification of the core competitive of the ship industry in the area is performed. The effective ways of fostering and developing the core competitiveness of the regional ship industry are put forward. |
