轨道货架式车辆轮对专用立体仓库的设计

摘    要:设计了一种用于存储铁路车辆轮对的立体仓库,其货架采用了标准轨距轨道支撑轮对,两个轨道在长度方向上与水平面有一定夹角.仓库利用轮对在倾斜轨道上的重力分量使轮对在轨道上自行滚动行走,省去了托盘和水平搬移动力设备.组合在轨道式货架上的止挡缓冲机构用于隔离各个轮对,避免轮对自行走时相互碰撞,实现轮对自行后的平稳停靠.多个轨道式货架可在垂直方向上堆叠扩展,构成立体仓库,可改善目前轮对的仓储状况,有效地节省占地面积并提高了工装效率.

Design of a Stereoscopic Warehouse with Acclivitous Rails Underlying the Wheel Sets

Abstract:A kind of stereoscopic warehouse with acclivitous rails as its shelves for the wheel set is designed.Two parallel rails with their distance equal to the standard gauge are designed to sup-port the wheel set.One side at length direct of the two parallel rails is higher than the other side. The wheel set will roll to the lower side of the rails by the gravitational force,with which the slavers to load the wheel set and the device to move the wheel set are saved.To avoid wheel sets on the rails clasping with each other,stop mechanisms with proportional spacing on the rails are assigned for each wheel set.The shelf can be extended in the vertical direction to constitute a mul-tilayer warehouse.Thus the constitution of warehousing can be improved,the area can be saved and the efficiency of tooling can be enhanced.
