摘    要:为了提高曲柄摇杆机构的设计效率和设计精度,建立了以运动规律偏差最小为目标函数的优化设计模型,利用SolidWorks软件平台,基于尺寸驱动技术提出了求解模型的方法.算例分析表明,该方法原理简明,建立过程简单,参数调整简便直观,与解析法具有同等精度.

Abstract:In order to advance the efficiency and the precision of designing the crank and rocker mechanism,the optimization design model obtaining minimum movement rule deviation of crank and rocker mechanism is developed.Based on the demission driving technology,the method sol-ving this model is constructed on SolidWorks platform.The result of the example shows that the method model in this paper is available,whose principle is concise,constructed process is simple, parameter is changed easily and visually and precision is the same as analytic method.
