渐开线齿轮轮齿滑动率分析

摘    要:渐开线是由发生线沿着基圆纯滚动而形成的,渐开线齿轮在啮合过程中,轮齿间存在相对滑动,滑动速度在节线附近最小,并沿着节线分别向齿根和齿顶方向逐渐变大.轮齿间的相对滑动速度有利于油膜的形成,可以防止出现点蚀等失效现象,进而影响到轮齿的接触疲劳强度,但相对滑动又带来了摩擦磨损,是齿轮失效的主要形式之一.针对轮齿之间的相对滑动,分析标准直齿圆柱齿轮轮齿间的滑动速度,并得到数值计算公式,同时根据滑动速度的方向解释了轮齿啮合中摩擦力的方向,并用Matlab进行了仿真,为齿轮设计提供一定的参考.

Abstract:Involute is occurred by the line along the base circle formed by pure roll.There is a rela-tive slide between gear teeth in meshing process,and the minimum relative sliding velocity is near the pitch line and along the pitch line respectively increases gradually in the direction of tooth root and tip.The relative sliding speed between tooth is beneficial to the formation of oil film,which can prevent pitting failure phenomena,affecting the gear tooth contact fatigue strength,but the relative sliding brings the friction and wear,and it is one of the main form of the gear failure.Ac-cording to the relative sliding between the gear teeth,the sliding velocity between the standard spur gear teeth is analyzed,and the numerical calculation formula is obtained.According to the sliding velocity direction,the direction of friction in gear engagement is explained,and it is simula-ted by Matlab,providing the reference for gear design.
