基于乘客需求及成本分析的快速公交发车频率优化模型

摘    要:快速公交系统(BRT)是解决城市交通问题的一种重要且有效的方式.发车频率是公交企业和乘客共同考虑的一个重要因素.从乘客需求和公交企业运营成本的角度分析问题,建立了以企业投资运营成本最小,乘客出行时间费用最少,抱怨拥挤路段最短为目标的多目标优化模型.用遗传算法寻求最优结果,使得双方达到平衡.以兰州市为例,进行实例计算,证明该模型具有一定的实际意义.

Abstract:Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)is an important and effective way to solve urban problems. Frequency of bus rapid transit system is an important factor which is considered by passengers and operators.The passengers'demand and the cost of urban bus dispatching are analyzed and the bus frequency optimal model is built with multi-obj ective optimization model to minimize the cost, the passengers'time and the shortest crowded road.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem and search the optimal result.This model is applied to bus rapid transit of Lanzhou to an-alyze the problem and is proved to have certain practical significance.
