摘    要:GMDSS全球海上遇险与安全系统(Global Maritime Distress and Safety System)是在现代无线电通信技术的基础上,为适应海上搜救与安全通信,满足海上通信的需要而建立起来的遇险和安全通信系统。而INMARSAT-F站便是一种增强型的海用全球区域网络,它使用增强型新一代信令系统,确保兼容INMARSAT第4代卫星以及新型呼叫优先级划分计划,改善遇险呼叫处理功能。鉴于使用真实的INMARSAT-F费用高而无法进行培训等原因,我们研究设计了INMARSAT-F站模拟器。

Abstract:GMDSS is a distress and safety system based on modern radio communication and meets the requirements of search and rescue, safety communication at sea. INMARSAT-F system is an intensified global maritime network, which applies intensified new generation of communication system to ensure it compatible with the 4th generation satellite of INMARSAT and the new type of calling priority division plan for improving the function of distress calling. In view of the high cost for training by using real INMARSAT-F, an INMARSAT-F simulator has been developed and designed, the design idea of which is introduced in the paper.
