| 摘 要： | 国际船舶租赁受到国际金融法制环境的制约。近年来,巴塞尔委员会的一系列金融监管文件的出台和世界贸易组织达成的《服务贸易总协定》及《金融服务贸易协议》,加之国际借贷的证券化及贷款转让市场的兴起和欧元的启动,均对国际船舶融资租赁有重大影响。

Legal Environment of International Shipping Financing & Lease |

| Abstract: | International Financing and Lease is restricted by the legal environment. Recently,together with the development of a series of document on financial supervision issued by the Basel Committee,the GATS and the Agreement on Financial Services and Trade reached by the WTO,the rise of negotiable securities in international loaning business,the appearance of loaning transferring market,as well as the startup of Euro,the international shipping financing and lease is much influenced accordingly. |
