| 摘 要： | 结合广州地铁多年来在安全与应急管理方面的研究与实践,提出了广州地铁安全预警与应急平台的建设目标,详细描述其架构与功能。平台以安全应急的事前、事中、事后全过程管理为主线,以信息技术为支撑,旨在提供决策支持的突发事件应急管理系统。广州地铁安全预警与应急平台在建设过程中进行了探索和创新性尝试。

| Abstract: | Combined with the research and practice of security and emergency management of Guangzhou Metro,the construction target for security warning and emergency response platform is proposed. The architecture and function of this platform are described. This platform takes the whole process of security emergency as the main line and the information technology as the support in order to provide emergency response management system for decision support. |
