钢桥面铺装防水粘接层方案设计与试验研究

摘    要:针对厦门海沧大桥钢桥面装的结构形式和使用条件,提出了防水粘接层的技术要求,设计了3个防水粘接层试验方案,通过3个方案的粘接、剪切、防水等性能比较试验的研究,筛选出了适合铺装下层采用SMA结构的设计方案,并给出了该层施工最佳用量的控制范围。

Abstract:Being aimed at the structural type and application conditions of steel deck pavement of Haicang Large Bridge in Xiamen, technological requirements for waterproof binding course are presented and three test schemes of waterproof binding course are designed. Through comparative tests and researches on performances such as binding, shearing and waterproof, etc. of the three schemes, the design scheme of SMA structure appropriate to the lower layer of pavement has been selected and the control limit for optimal material amount of construction of this layer has been given.
