老城区交叉口交通组织状况的分析与改善

城市老城区的交通问题日益严重。针对老城区交叉口出现的问题及老城区有限的空间资源，提出对车辆、行人的交通组织、放行方式、交通管制等进行优化来改善交叉口的现状，并对改善结果进行评价。应用结果表明，通过交通组织对老城区的交叉口进行改善是切实可行的，优化后的改善方法是值得推广的一种交叉口改善方法。

Analysis and Improvement of Traffic Organization Conditions at Crossings of Old Towns
