新建公路路基对下部燃气管道安全影响研究

摘    要:为了探明新建路基对既有天然气管道安全的不利影响,利用有限元方法建立了计算模型,分析管道壁厚、管道埋深、管道直径、埋土弹性模量、泊松比等5个因素对管道应力和变形的影响规律。结果表明:增大管道壁厚及管径或者适当加大埋深,均可减小管道应力和变形,而埋土弹性模量及泊松比这两个因素对管道应力和变形影响较小;当管道直径大于50 mm、管壁厚度超过10 mm以及埋深大于1.65 m时,可以满足管道强度安全要求。

Study on Safety Impact of Newly Built Highway Subgrade on Gas Pipeline Below
Abstract:In order to ascertain the adverse impact of newly-built subgrade on the safety of existing natural gas pipeline, a calculation model was established by finite element method to analyze the laws how the wall thickness, buried depth, pipe diameter, elastic modulus of buried soil, and Poisson's ratio affect the piping stress and deformation. The results show that, the increment of the pipe wall thickness and pipe diameter, or appropriately increased buried depth can reduce the piping stress and deformation, while the elastic modulus of buried soil and Poisson's ratio have a little impact; where the pipe diameter is greater than 50 mm, the wall thickness is greater than 10 mm, and the buried depth is greater than 1.65 m, the safety requirement on the pipe strength may be met.
