铁路货场膨胀土地基变形控制方法研究

摘    要:为控制膨胀土地基运营期内的变形,科学确定地基换填材料和深度,在弹性半空间和弹性双层体系理论的基础上,由弯沉等效提出膨胀土地基变形控制方法,并结合广西百色东站货场堆场地基处治工程现场检测结果和地基变形量预测结果进行验证。结果表明:采用0.6 m厚5 %石灰改良膨胀土+0.4 m厚级配碎石的双层结构对膨胀土地基进行换填,可使地基回弹模量从10 MPa提高至72 MPa。改造区域内实测地基顶面回弹模量均值79 MPa,最大沉降量126 mm。该地基变形控制方法具有较高的可靠性。

Study on Deformation Control Method for Expansive Soil Foundation of Railway Freight Yard
Abstract:In order to control the deformation of expansive soil foundation during the operation period and scientifically determine the replacement material and depth of the foundation, based on the theory of elastic half-space and elastic double-layer system, the deformation control method of expansive soil foundation was put forward by deflection equivalence, and it was verified by the field test results and the prediction results of the yard foundation deformation treatment project at Baise East railway station freight yard. The results show that the elastic modulus of the foundation can be increased from 10 MPa to 72 MPa by using the double-layer structure of 0.6 m thick 5 % lime modified expansive soil and 0.4 m thick graded crushed stone to replace and fill the expansive soil foundation. The measured average resilience modulus of the top surface of foundation in the reconstructed area was 79 MPa, and the maximum settlement was 126 mm. The deformation control method for expansive soil foundation has high reliability.
