摘    要:选取四种典型道砟,采用三维扫描方法获取道砟模型,再运用EDEM软件采用簇颗粒方法手动创建道砟离散元模型,探究了满足铁道行业标准的级配道砟生成方法.通过验证动堆积角、静堆积角等参数,验证了整体模型与参数设定的合理性,使模型能较好地反映我国有砟道床的性能.得到的离散元模型经验证与实际工况基本符合,可以较真实地模拟有砟道床的...

Research on Discrete Element Modeling Method of Real Grading Ballast Based on EDEM
Abstract:After selecting four typical ballasts and using three-dimensional scanning method to obtain the ballast model, the EDEM software was used to manually create the ballast discrete element model using the clump particle method and explore the generation method of grading ballasts that meet the railway industry standards of the People's Republic of China. By verifying the parameters such as dynamic accumulation angle and static accumulation angle, the rationality of the overall model and parameter setting is verified, so that the model can better reflect the performance of the ballast bed in China. The obtained discrete element model has been verified to be basically consistent with the actual working conditions and can more realistically simulate the real situation of the ballast bed.
