摘    要:质量主动监控衬砌浇筑过程是预防隧道拱顶脱空的新技术。依托西南某隧道,开展基于主动监控结果指导衬砌浇筑和带模注浆优化的效果评价试验。结果表明:利用监测结果指导混凝土浇筑,可显著提高拱顶密实率,两模衬砌拱顶密实率达到96.19%、98.10%;现有混凝土泵送浇筑技术难以完全浇筑密实,带模注浆是提高密实率的重要手段,但现有固定注浆口径向注浆的方案效果有限,除要充分利用主动监测结果指导带模注浆外,还需进一步改进注浆技术并实施有效监控。

Analysis on Tunnel Lining Void Prevention Effect and Construction Optimization Based on Active Monitoring
Abstract:Quality active monitoring of lining pouring process is a new technology to prevent tunnel vault void. In relation to a tunnel in Southwest, the effect evaluation experiment of lining pouring and moulded grouting optimization was carried out based on the active monitoring results. the result shous that using the monitoring results to guide the concrete pouring can significantly improve the arch crown density, and the arch crown density of the two-model lining reaches 96.19 % and 98.10 %;. And it is difficult for the existing concrete pumping pouring technology to completely cast and compact. Moulded grouting is an important means to improve the density rate. However, the effect of the existing fixed grouting diameter direction grouting scheme is limited. In addition to making full use of the active monitoring results to guide the moulded grouting, it is necessary to further improve the grouting technology and implement effective monitoring.
