再生剂预拌增强型泡沫沥青冷再生混合料性能研究

摘    要:在泡沫沥青冷再生混合料拌和阶段掺加(0.4%~1.2%)再生剂,将再生剂与RAP进行预拌,制备再生剂预拌增强型泡沫沥青冷再生混合料,以恢复RAP中老化沥青的黏结强度、增强泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能;基于室内试验与数据分析,研究再生剂对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:掺加再生剂能恢复RAP中老化沥青的黏结强度,改善泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能。推荐再生剂预拌增强型泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的最佳再生剂掺量为0.8%~1.0%。

Research on Properties of Regenerant Pre-mixed and Enhanced Foamed Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixture
Abstract:A regenerant (0.4 %~1.2 %) is added during the mixing stage of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture, and the regenerant is pre-mixed with RAP to prepare regenerant pre-mixed enhanced foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture in order to restore the bonding strength of the aged asphalt in RAP and enhance the mechanical properties of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture. Based on laboratory tests and data analysis, the effect of regenerant on the mechanical properties of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture is studied. The results show that the addition of a regenerant can restore the bonding strength of the aged asphalt in RAP and improve the mechanical properties of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture. It is recommended that the optimal regenerant content of the regenerant pre-mixed enhanced foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture is l0.8 %~1.0 %.
