改良钢渣路基填料膨胀性试验研究

摘    要:为降低钢渣的膨胀特性,提高钢渣的综合利用效率,对钢渣开展了不同改良处理方法下的浸水膨胀率试验。结果表明:随着预浸水时间的增加,钢渣的膨胀率呈逐渐减小的变化特征,但降低幅度不是很明显;粉质黏土掺量较大时,对钢渣膨胀性能起到一定的抑制作用,但效果也不明显;剔除小于4.75 mm的钢渣颗粒进行级配调整,同时辅以粉质黏土或者水泥,能显著改善钢渣膨胀特性,掺入30.0%粉质黏土可将膨胀率降低至1.9%,满足设计规范≤2.0%要求,若再掺入5.0%水泥,膨胀率可进一步降低至1.7%。建议采用调整级配+30.0%粉质黏土的方法对钢渣路基填料进行膨胀性改良。

Experimental Study on Expansibility of Improved Steel Slag Subgrade Filler
Abstract:In order to reduce the expansion characteristics of steel slag and improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of steel slag, experiments on the expansion rate of steel slag under different improved treatment methods have been carried out. The results show that with the increase of pre-soaking time, the expansion rate of steel slag decreases gradually, but the decrease is not obvious. With the addition of silty clay, the expansion performance of steel slag is inhibited to a certain extent, but the effect is not obvious either. After removal of the steel slag particles less than 4.75 mm supplementing by silty clay or cement for gradation adjustment, the expansion characteristics of steel slag have been significantly improved. When 30.0 % silty clay is added, the expansion rate of steel slag can be reduced to 1.9 %, which meets the requirements of the design specification ≤2.0 %. If another 5.0 % cement is added, the slag expansion rate can be further reduced to 1.7 %. Comparing the improvement effects of different improvement methods, it is suggested to improve the expansibility of steel slag subgrade filler by adjusting the gradation plus with 30.0 % silty clay.
