摘    要:为了提高中国工程师对欧洲普速铁路路基设计规范体系的理解和掌握,分析对比了中欧普速铁路路基设计主要技术标准,收集分析总结中欧普速铁路路基设计规范体系,并就列车荷载、路基结构、填料和压实度进行对比。对比分析表明:中国与欧洲(英、法、德)铁路路基设计标准在设计理念上相通,路基工程应按土工结构物进行设计;列车荷载中欧规范基本相同;路基结构分层中欧规范略有差异;基床厚度中德规范最接近,英法规范取值比中国规范小;中国规范常用瑞典圆弧法,欧洲规范常用简化Bishop法、Janbu法等。

Comparative Analysis of Main Technical Criteria for Design of General-speed Railway Earth Structure in China and Europe
Abstract:In order to help Chinese engineers well understand the European code system for design of earthworks and track bed for general-speed railway, the main technical criteria for the design in China and Europe were compared in such manner that Chinese and European code systems for design of earthworks and track bed for general-speed railway were collected, analyzed and summarized, and in term of train load, subgrade structure, fillers and compaction degree, comparison was carried out. The results show that, as for the design philosophy, the codes for design of railway earth structure in China and Europe (UK, France and Germany) are so consistent that the subgrade engineering shall be designed on the basis of earth structure; as for the train load, there are the same substantially in Chinese and European codes; as for the structure layering, there exists slight discrepancy; as for the thickness of base bed, there is minimum difference between Chinese and German codes, and the values in British and French codes are less than that in Chinese code; Sweden arc method is commonly used in Chinese code, and simplified Bishop method and Janbu method in European codes.
