摘    要:建立了伸缩臂式自装卸机械总体参数化设计的数学模型,以油缸受力最小为目标函数,满足最大纳向装卸角及尺寸2条件为约束条件,详述了结构优化设计过程,编制了优化计算软件。并以某型自装卸机械为优化设计计算,求得了机构最优参数。

Abstract:The mathematical model used for the optimal design of the general parameters of the auto loading device with telescopic handling arm is created. Taking the minimal working cylinder force as target function, meeting the requirement of the maximal handling angle in longitudinal direction and dimension as constrain condition, the optimal design process in structure is described in detail, and optimal calculation software is programmed. Taking a certain type auto -- loading device as an example, the optimal design calculation is made and the best device parameters are obtained.
