A measuring Method for the Rudder in the Ship Handling Simulator |

| Abstract: | A method for measuring the rudder of ship handling simulator based on rotary-encoder was set forth. The measuring principle, the design of hardware and software were introduced. Experimental results showed that the method can exactly measure the rotary direction and angle of the slave rudder. |
