摘    要:文章运用ANSYS软件对O′ZBEKISTON型机车牵引风机柜进行了模态分析和静态强度、刚度分析,认为机车牵引风机柜振动及开裂是因风柜的固有频率与风机的工作频率相接近、风道板的强度低、刚度小、风柜刚度分布不合理引起的,据此提出对风柜的改造方案,并对改造方案的可行性进行分析。

Abstract:This paper employs ANSYS software to complete the modal analysis and the intensity and rigidity analysis in static case for type O′ZBEKISTON locomotive traction motor blower cubicle,considers the vibration and crack problem of traction motor blower cubicle are caused by the adjacence of the cubicle inherent frequency to blower working frequency,lower intensity and lower rigidity of the wind tunnel board and irrational distribution of rigidity of the cubicle.Hereby cubicle modification scheme is put forward,and the feasibility of it is analyzed.
