船体桁架结构与刚架结构的试验研究与计算分析

摘    要:本文介绍厂一艘长江干支汽车专用运输船研制工作中的结构应力试验研究侧面。提出了将长度量纲扩充为三维独立变量的组合大比尺相似模型试验方法;较为全面地研究了船体行架结构和刚架结构在多种工况下的应力分布规律;经试验应力分析及FEM理论计算证实:以点阵式支柱刚架结构代替斜杆一支柱桁架结构是可行的。

Experimental research and calculation analysis on the structures of ship hull truss and rigid frame
Abstract:As one aspect of the development work of a cars transport-ship for Yangtze River and its tributary,the experimental research on structure stress is introduced in the paper.Expanding form length dimension to three dimersional independent variables ,a test method of large scale combination model based on similitude is proposed.The stress distribution pattern of the structures of ship hull truss and rigid frame under various working conditions is quite completely studied .By the Stress analysis from test result and the FEM theoretical calculation,it is verified that the replacement of the slant strut truss structure with the lattice strut rigid frame structure is feasible
