The Application of PMC & Andon System in Production Management

PMC＆Andon system is a real-time production monitoring ＆controlling system. It is becoming more and more efficient in production management in modern large scale production. Using experience of the system in a certain department is introduced. The result shows that it can improve production management efficiency, furthermore can find out and solve some problems that have little influence but a little nervous for a long time. It is indicated that by extended using the system and connection with practice, the workshop production management level is improved .
