摘    要:以环氧树脂E-44为基体材料,以改性593为固化剂,填充大量空心玻璃微珠制备固体浮力材料.研究空心玻璃微珠的填充量及空心玻璃微珠的表面改性处理等对固体浮力材料的密度、力学性能的影响.结果表明,增大玻璃微珠填充量,可使固体浮力材料的密度和压缩强度降低,空泡率增大.玻璃微珠表面改性处理,可使固体浮力材料的压缩强度变大,添加缓释剂可有效减少制备过程中散热不均产生气孔的问题.

Abstract:With epoxy resin E-44 as the base material, the solid buoyancy material was prepared by filling a large num-ber of hollow glass beads with modified 593 as the curing agent. The effects of the filling amount of hollow glass beads and the surface modification of hollow glass beads on the density and mechanical properties of solid buoyancy materials were studied. The results show that the density and compressive strength of the solid buoyancy material can be reduced, and the void fraction increases with the increase of the filling amount of glass beads. The surface modification of the glass bead can make the compressive strength of the solid buoyancy material become larger, and the addition of slow release agent can ef-fectively reduce the heat dissipation in the process of preparation.
