摘 要: | 系统可靠性分配是供应链可靠性运作过程中的一类重要问题,对于供应链的成功运作具有十分重要的意义。文章借鉴机器零部件的可靠性分配方法,根据可靠性工程中可靠性成本函数的概念,构建了汽车供应链可靠性预估成本函数;结合供应链的结构特征,建立了汽车供应链可靠性的分配模型,最后构建了以重要度最大单元为搜索单元逐步迭代的算法。这种新的简易算法,更易应用于汽车供应链的可靠性分配,为汽车供应链的成功运作提供保障。

Abstract: | System reliability is a kind of important problem in the process of supply chain reliability operation, and it has great significance in supply chain operation. Reliability allocation method of machine part for reference, based on the concept of the cost function of reliability engineering, this paper built a cost function for estimation of the automotive supply chain reliability.An automotive supply chain reliability allocation model is set up combined with the structural characteristics of the supply chain. An iterative algorithm is constructed in which maximum importance degree unit is used as searching unit. This new and simple algorithm is easy to use in reliability allocation of automotive supply chain, and it provide support for successful operation of automotive supply chain. |
