| Abstract: | In order to advance the fight running for inviting public bidding and biding of municipal engineering and ensure the efficiency and transparency of national finance building funding, the relative audit units should participate in the whole procedure of biddings, carry out the audit supervision synchronously with biddings during the prophase, metaphase and laterphase, and make municipal engineering become a sunengineering. |
