自航船模直流电机遥控遥测系统研究

摘    要:自航船模直流电机遥控遥测系统是一种新型的船模试验测试装置,由硬件和软件两部分组成。可根据船模试验的需求和特点,进行合理配置和软件开发,而且该系统还采取了抗电磁干扰和紧急停机等措施,可确保测试信号的可靠性以及安全性。通过对一艘4000TEU集装箱船自航船模的直流电机进行测控试验,结果表明,该系统测检精度高、性能稳定,安全可靠,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:DC remote control and telemetering system in self-propelled ship model is a kind of new ship model testing equipment,which combines the parts of hardware and software.The system can be reasonably configured and software developed based on the requirement and feature of ship model test.With measures of anti-electromagnetism and urgent stop etc,the reliability and security of signal measured can be guaranteed.Through measure and control test of the DC motor in self-propelled model of a 4 000 TEU container ship,it has been indicated that the system owns high precision in measure,stabilization in performance,as well as security and reliability and is worthy of wide application.
