催化转化器老化试验相关性研究

摘    要:介绍了试车场实车老化试验结果并进行了简要分析。从起燃温度、空燃比特性、工况法排放和实时连续分析结果等四方面比较分析了催化转化器台架快速老化和试车场实车老化的结果及其相比性。基于选定的车型和催化转化器,结果表明100h台架快速老化试验比试车场8万km老化试验更严厉些。

Abstract:In this paper the results obtained from both the aging test on the test track and accelerated aging test on catalytic converter tester are described and analyzed Based on the test results of light off temperature,A/F ratio characteristics,real time continuous vehicle emission and emission results by European test cycle,we compare the two aging test methods and analyze their correlation The results from the specific car and catalytic converter indicate that the aging of 100h fast bench test is more serious than the aging of real car 80000km running on the test track
