摘    要:开发了一套基于在线乳化理论的重油乳化智能控制装置,该装置根据船舶柴油机运行参数,在不改变柴油机结构、不添加乳化剂的前提下,应用单片机技术,运用模糊控制理论,油水比例随船舶柴油机负荷变化实现掺水的优化控制,使船舶柴油机达到较佳的节能效果。同时采取加压防破乳技术,在重油高温状态下,实现了良好的重油乳化效果,且边乳化边稳定燃烧。在"宁大6号"船舶柴油机上进行推进特性、废气排放特性等试验。结果表明,常用工况节油率可达9.8%,NOx降低率为15.40%,烟度降低率为24.92%,具有较高的实用推广价值。

Abstract:This paper introduces one emulsification system basing on Single-Chip computer control technology by the presentation of principle,design project and test technique,gives much analyse about it's capacity throughout the whole diesel working. The emulsification system especially facing to shipping diesel engine can adjust oil-water rate automatically and keep the rate steady-going. Through "Ningda 6# ship" trial,a large number data show that this system can decrease oil consumption rate over 9.8.%,NOx let rate15.4% and PM 24.92% So it has much potential practicality.
