| 摘 要： | 以辽宁省大伙房水库输水工程12#支洞工区施工用电方案选择为例，介绍了技术经济相结合的分析方法，通过技术比较、经济分析和效果评价，确定项目施工方案。保证施工方案在技术上先进适用，在经济上达到以较少的投入取得较大的收益，为工程项目节约施工成本，提高经济效益，为类似工程方案比选提供参考。

| Abstract: | Taking the selection of the construction electrical power supply plan for No. 12 branch tunnel of the water conveyance works of Dahuofang reservoir project in Liaoning province as example, the author presents the application of the technical and economical analysis in the determination of the construction plans for the purpose of achieving technologically advanced and suitable construction plans and obtaining the economical efficiency maximization with the minimum input. The paper can provide reference for other similar works in the future. |
