基于PLC网络的选煤厂集散控制系统故障判别方法

摘    要:在对PLC网络控制的选煤厂控制故障分析的基础上,提出了在线判别控制系统故障的新方法。该方法通过构造系统的故障判别矩阵,并结合端口的状态,通过运算可以准确地判别系统的故障源。

Abstract:Based on the defect analysis of PLC control system in coal preparation plant, a new method for on-line defect judgment is put forward. The defect source of actual system can be accurately judged by constructing the system defect judgment matrix and combining with PLC port state.
