泰州慢行交通发展战略与规划

慢行交通是城市综合交通的重要组成部分，关系到人民群众的生产生活和城市可持续发展。但是，随着城市机动化进程加快，城市快速交通发展迅速，致使慢行交通环境日益恶化。文章以泰州市为例，通过分析泰帅隧行交通的发展现状和存在的问题，提出了结合泰州市城市定位的慢行交通发展策略，同时，提出了泰州老城慢行交通近期建设的方案。

Study on Development Strategy and Planning of Slow Traffic in Taizhou

Slow traffic is an important part of the city integrated transport, which is related to the people＇s life and sustainable development of city. However, with the accelerated process of urban mobility, urban rapid transit develops rapidly, resulting in deterioration of slow traffic environment. Taking Taizhou as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of slow traffic, and raises the development strategy for improving the slow traffic environment, combing with the city＇s orientation. At the same time, the article proposes the recent construction program for slow traffic of old city.
