客车骨架构件吸能特性的对比分书

摘    要:针对汽车耐撞性的要求,以客车骨架常用的矩形管件为研究对象,利用参数化建模的方法,分析了截面形状,壁厚,材料对吸能特性的影响。通过仿真分析表,明在相同情况下方形薄壁构件吸收能量较多且变形量小,但是在碰撞开始产生的峰值加速度较大,在碰撞事故中对人体造成的伤害很大,有必要在此基础上对方形构件进行优化设计。壁厚因素对构件碰撞吸能特性的影响较大,构件的抗变形能力和缓冲吸能能力存在相互矛盾。

Contrastive analysis of energy absorption characteristics of bus frame components
Abstract:Aims at the requirement of automotive erashworthiness,takes conventional rectangular tube of bus frame as research object,uses method of parametric modeling,analysis the cross section,wall thickness,material which effects the energy absorption characteristic.Through simulation analysis shows,under the same circumstance the square thin-walled structure absorbs much energy and small deflection,the peak acceleration is bigger when at the beginning of crack,it is necessary to do optimum design for square component based on this.The wall thickness factor effects the components crack absorb characteristics a lot,there is conflicting between non-deformability of components and bumper energy absorb ability.
