| 摘 要： | 根据兰渝铁路LYS-2标段隧道的特点，对隧道工程风险管理的意义、风险管理体制的建立进行介绍，从风险辨识、风险评估、风险对策、风险监控等各个方面对风险管理中存在的主要问题以及所采取的解决措施等进行讨论，以期为从事隧道施工和管理的人员提供参考。

| Abstract: | The significance of risk management and the establishing of the risk management system are presented,with the tunnels in LYS-2 bid section on Lanzhou-Chongqing railway as examples.Risk identification,risk assessment,contermeasures and risk monitoring are discussed.The paper can be used as reference for persons specialized in the construction and management of tunnel works. |
