云路跨线桥桥台段软基处理施工方法的应用与分析

摘    要:结合云路跨线桥桥台段软基处理的施工方法,根据软基特性分析并阐述CFG桩与袋装砂井技术在处理桥头段软基中的应用。通过土压力盒试验,确定在不同情况下桩土分担荷载的关系。经过检验与监测,各项观测数据表明,CFG桩+袋装砂井方案对于处理软基,特别是预防桥头段不均匀沉降具有较好的效果,为今后类似桥台段软基处理施工提供参考。

Abstract:In combination with the construction method for processing soft sub-grade of abutment of Yunlu Overpass Bridge,this paper analyzes the characteristics of soft sub-grade and expatiates the application of CFG pile and bag sand well techniques in processing bridge head soft sub-grade.With the help of pressure box test,the relationship between pile soil and burden under different conditions is determined.By means of detection and monitoring all observed data show that CFG bag sand well plan has reached good effect for processing soft roadbed,especially for preventing inhomogeneous sedimentations of bridge head,presenting a reference for construction methods for processing soft sub-grade of similar abutments in the future.
