| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下，变通运输业市场化运作的方式日益加快，这同样表现在公路建设的投资融资体系中，但目前，在融资方式上还存在着各种各样的问题和风险，公路投资效益也在某种程度上不尽人意，因此必须充分发挥市场的作用，由政府进行宏观调控，加强法制建设，确保投资者的利益，这样才能实现公路建设的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In economy market, the operation of transportation market is quicker and quicker, which is behaving in financial systems of highway construction. At present, there are kinds of problems and risk during each financial system with unsatisfying benefit on highway investment. Therefore, only the action of market being brought into play, legal system building is strengthened, macro-control being mastered by government, and the benefit of investors is ensured, can the sustainable development of highway construction be realized. |
