车辆段调车作业全过程自动化的研究与实现

目前,车辆段段内车辆调度仍采用手工作业方式,不但作业工作量大,而且非常容易出错,经常出现“误报”和“漏报”情况。在造成安全隐患的同时,也影响车辆段的生产组织。同时由于车辆段和车站之间的信息不能共享,形成了车辆在段内的信息孤岛,不利于车站及时提供调机、加速车辆周转,降低了运输效率。针对这种情况,本系统应用仿真技术、GIS技术和数据同步技术等手段,引入“批”和“虚实场”的全新作业理念,实现了车辆段调车作业的全程自动化。该系统的应用在提高调车作业的效率和准确率的基础上,还使得检修生产计划的制定具有了前瞻性,保证了车辆在段的合理调度,提升了车辆段的生产组织能力和决策能力。

Research and Realization of the Entire-process Automation of Car Scheduling Operation in Car Depot

At present,the manual operation mode is still adopted in car scheduling of car depot.Under such working condition,the large workload and incidental mistakes e.g.distortions and leaking reports exist normally to cause hidden troubles on safety and also affect producing organization of car depot.At the same time,information can not be shared between car depot and stations to form the isolated island of cars information in car depot.It makes against adjusting locomotives in time and accelerating car turnover so as to reduce transportation efficiency.Aiming at this situation,the entirely new operation ideas of "batch" and "virtual-real field" are introduced to establish the new system using simulation technology,GIS technology and data synchronization technology,which can realize the entire-process automation of car scheduling operation for car depot.The application of this system will enhance the efficiency and veracity of car scheduling operation and also help to make the prospective check and repair plans,as well as guarantee the appropriate schedule of cars in depot and improve the producing organization and decision abilities.
