我国融资模式系统分析结构的构建

笔者将"复杂系统"的概念和思维方式引入到融资模式中,将其定义为由政府、企业、银行、证券市场等要素有机结合而成的一个复杂系统,并在此基础上来构建我国融资模式的系统分析结构,包括融资模式的内在要素系统和外在要素系统两个子系统,希望能以此对系统理论(尤其是复杂性问题的研究)在社会经济领域中的应用起到一个抛砖引玉的作用.

Set up the new structure of the chinese financial model analysis

The theory of Complex System, which is widely used in the field of natural science, is introduced in the paper. The writer uses it to define the financial model. The financial model is a complex system, composed of some factors such as government, banking institutions, enterprises and security market. And on the basis, the paper set up a new structure of the financial model analysis, including the internal system and the external system. The writer hopes that the paper can offers a few commonplace remarks about the theory of complex system in the field of social science, so that others may come up with valuable opinions.
