地铁车辆主传动系统实时仿真测试平台研究

摘    要:在对地铁列车动态特性研究的基础上.结合半实物仿真和虚拟仪器技术,提出了一种能对地铁车辆主传动系统进行离线动态测试的方法,并设计了实验装置。测试系统能在实验室环境下,实时再现地铁列车的各种运行状态。并能根据测试数据对主传动系统进行综合评价。目前该测试装置已在上海地铁1号线投入使用。效果良好。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic performance study and combined with the HIL simulation and virtual instrument technology, it is proposed a method for offline dynamic test of main drive system for metro vehicle. The test device is designed, which could reproduce the various running status of the metro vehicles in the laboratory and carry out a comprehensive evaluation on the system based on the test data. The test device has been applied to Shanghai metro line l, with excellent results.
