柴油机活塞裙石墨镀层工艺改进及检测方法验证

摘    要:为解决调试过程中某型柴油机活塞裙批次性石墨镀层剥落问题,研究分析该柴油机活塞裙石墨镀层工艺,对所采取的新旧喷涂方法进行对比试验,同时研究检测石墨镀层牢固度的方法。结果表明:采用改进后石墨镀层喷涂工艺的活塞裙,表面石墨镀层均匀,在使用过程中无剥落、脱落现象;采用改进后的工艺经胶带法检测,对活塞裙原石墨层的结合强度影响较小,不会产生负面作用;采用胶带法检测对结合性能要求更严格,检测合格的活塞裙均能满足使用要求。从而完善该型柴油机活塞裙石墨镀层工艺,也为其余机型柴油机活塞裙镀层工艺改进提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the graphite coating peeling off the piston skirt of a diesel engine by batch in the debugging process, the graphite coating process of the piston skirt of a diesel engine is analyzed. A comparison test between the old and new spraying methods adopted is carried out and the method for detecting the firmness of graphite coating is studied. The results show that: the even surface of graphite coating does not peel off using improved spraying process, detecting with tape requires higher bonding performance, and has little effect on the bonding strength of the original graphite layer and does not have a negative effect,and the qualified piston skirt can meet the use requirements. The graphite coating process of piston skirt of this type of diesel engine is improved, which provides reference for other diesel engines to improve the coating process.
