| 摘 要： | 对涂装精细化派工原理和管理模式进行研究,将涂装工艺与派工单进行并行设计,把涂装部位编码与派工单编码一一对应,实现生产设计基础数据与派工信息的完整对接,解决物量与定额工时和实际工时无法对应的问题,从而达到提高涂装生产效率,节约成本的目的。

| Abstract: | After studying the principle and management mode of refined dispatching of coating,through concurrent design of coating technology and dispatch order,and one to one correspondence between the coding of painting and dispatching,a complete connecting between basic data of production design and dispatching information is realized,and the problem that the material quantity can not be matched with the man hour and actual time is solved,which improves the coating production efficiency and saves the cost. |
