摘    要:以一艘7 800车汽车滚装船(Pure Car and Truck Carrier,PCTC)为研究对象,基于DNV船级社的船体结构疲劳评估规范,采用直接法对二甲板立柱连接处进行疲劳评估,阐述疲劳分析的基本过程以及一些参数的选取,利用MSC.Nastran分析并读取热点应力值,求取热点处的疲劳年限,并对不满足疲劳年限的结构进行优化。结构优化后可以满足20年疲劳年限要求,为大型PCTC船疲劳评估提供理论参考。

Abstract:Taking 7 800 Pure Car and Truck Carrier(PCTC)as the research object,the fatigue assessment of column joints on second deck is carried out according DNV fatigue assessment rules of ship structures.The basic process of fatigue analysis and selection of several parameters are described.The hot spot stress value is analyzed and obtained using software MSC.Nastran and the final fatigue life of the hot spot is calculated.The structure which does not satisfy the fatigue life requirement is optimized and its fatigue life can reach 20 years after optimization.The method provides theoretical reference for fatigue assessment of large PCTC ships.
