船体分段外场物流实时综合监控系统

针对船体分段外场物流实时监控问题,提出船体分段外场物流实时综合监控系统方案。构建船厂外场区域地址编码体系,提出分段、平板运输车和船厂外场关键区域的监控解决方案,并基于移动智能终端技术初步研究分段外场物流在线指示方案。研究表明,该系统对管理者及时掌握分段外场物流过程状态、提高物流水平具有一定意义,也为船厂分段外场物流实时监控提供了一种有效的思路和办法。

Aiming at the real time monitoring problems of hull block outfield logistics, a real time integrated monitoring system of hull block outfield logistics is proposed.The address coding system of the shipyard outfield areas is constructed, and the monitoring solutions for hull blocks, flat transporters and the key areas of the shipyard outfield are proposed.Based on the mobile intelligent terminal technology, the online instruction solution of hull block outfield logistics is studied.The research shows that the system has certain significance for assisting managers to grasp the process status of hull block outfield logistic in time and improving the level of logistics.It also provides an effective idea and method for the real time monitoring of hull block outfield logistic of shipyard.
