高强度铰制螺栓断裂分析及工艺优化

摘    要:某批量船在交船后1~2年内,先后有两艘船共3个中间轴承地脚安装用高强度铰制螺栓发生断裂情况。通过强度校核计算、断口分析、化学成分及机械性能检测、图纸及工艺符合性检查等手段,对断裂原因进行分析,并针对其制造和安装工艺提出优化措施,以杜绝类似故障的再次发生,实践证明该措施合理有效。

Abstract:In the use of a batch of ships within 1 to 2 years after delivery,there were two vessels with a total of three intermediate bearing feet installed with high-strength hinged bolts to break. Strength check calculation,fracture analysis,chemical composition and mechanical properties testing,drawings and process conformity inspection,etc. are implemented to analyze the causes of the fracture. The weak points and deficiencies in the manufacturing and installation process are studied and targeted optimization measures are adopted to prevent the recurrence of similar failures.
