| 摘 要： | 为了在规定的时间内完成井架的模块制作和整吊上船工作,对场地资源策划、施工团队组建、施工工艺编制、生产过程监督和施工质量监控等工作开展研究,顺利完成安装任务,施工周期在计划的可控范围之内,该研究对同类型井架施工具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | The site resource planning, construction team building, technical document compiling, production process monitoring, construction quality control, etc. are studied to finish the fabrication and hoisting onto ship of derrick module before the deadline. The task has been finished smoothly and the construction period is also within the controllable range of the plan. The installation will render rewarding reference to similar drilling derricks. |
