基于谱分析方法的超大型集装箱船舱口角隅结构设计

摘    要:分析超大型集装箱船舱口角隅区域容易发生疲劳的位置,并基于线性累积损伤理论,论述谱分析方法原理,提出一种在疲劳谱分析时的加强方案快速研讨方法,总结设计阶段舱口角隅位置的几种加强方案,并分析了制造阶段常用的几种后处理方法。

Abstract:The critical positions prone to fatigue of hatch corners of ultra large container ship are illustrated, and the principle of the spectrum analysis method is discussed base on linear cumulative damage theory, and a reinforce method during the fatigue spectrum analysis are put forward. Several effective methods for extending the fatigue life of hatch corners are summarized in design stage and several common post processing methods are analyzed in manufacture stage.
