模块外墙结构新型安装方法

按照一体化建造思路,模块外墙结构应随甲板片分层预制安装,以提高安装效率并降低高空作业工作量。但是,在实际安装过程中,会出现相邻两层钢结构支撑的错皮超差情况,使得后续舾装板安装的平整度和密闭性难以达标。针对此问题,根据舾装板的尺寸和位置,分析研究对模块外墙钢结构支撑进行分片预制安装的思路,合理调整焊接顺序。另外,在舾装板安装过程中,采用驱动电机安装方法,此方法能明显降低安装作业对起重机资源的依赖性。实践证明,上述安装方法在很大程度上保证了模块外墙结构的安装质量和施工效率,对后续项目有一定的参考意义。

New Installation Method for Module External Enclosure

According to the concept of integrated construction,to improve the installation efficiency and reduce the workload of working at height,the module external enclosure shall be prefabricated and installed layer by layer together with the deck.The mismatch of two adjoining structural supports for external outfitting panels occurs in the actual installation process,which makes the relevant requirements on flatness and tightness difficult to reach in the subsequent outfitting plate installation.To resolve this issue,the method of the entire external structural supports divided into some pieces and prefabricated as to the actual dimension and installation position of outfitting panels is studied and the welding sequence is adjusted reasonably.The motor is adopted to install outfitting panels to reduce the dependence on the crane.It can be validated that,the method will improve the installation quality and efficiency of the external enclosure largely,and has certain reference significance for subsequent projects.
